The long and short of it...

Back to work after a memorable long weekend with buddies ..sniff sniff...but hey! isn't that how life is supposed to be (or so they say) - learning to strike a balance..
I must admit that i have a terrible addiction disorder when it comes to checking mails or getting into that *im-browsing-coz-i-cant-seem-to-stop* phase (which, by the way happens on a daily basis). The last weekend helped me realize that being stereotyped (sorry *dancer* for borrowing ur word)is something we choose to be & how?! Four (long) days without reaching out for the mouse or desperately checking for offlines or those long-awaited bulk mails from amazon/ebags/priceline and the likes convinced me enuf that it is not all that tough to break an addiction that im desperately holding onto..
Nothing can be more refreshing than a whiff of mountain air, with the golden rays of the sun gently teasing your eyes' capacity to remain open while the birds that you never knew existed, chirp & sing before winter calls the curtains on their performance...Thanks to some expert plannin by the golden-haired (short) babe off I-10 East, the four of us got in tune with nature, amidst pristine surroundings ...
I'm glad I had the opportunity to take a break from the monotony & get around to doing all those simple things that i almost forgot, existed....

okay now.....bk to work! SNIFFF!

ok heres a comment from someone who's lazy to sign up..

"sometimes, not very often but occassionally we need to spend time with
someone we know to feel what life is actually all about...and these
trips
are one of those moments......more than that it justifies the fact that
spending money is more fun than making some .....
i njoyed the trip as well..."
