Cofy (any) day! :)

Oh well, i mite as well blog abt it....considerin cofy is somethin thats dearest to my heart (ok stomach).. ..incidentally, my dear friend with a heart of *gold* egged me on to say a few things abt the place i frequent in singaara chennai ..so here i go..
urs truly was bk to swadesh from windy city after more than two years of globe-trotting,cafe mocha-sipping-at-starbucks and doin research occasionally....- masti life to be precise..
so here i was in the heart of dear old chennai...tryin to desperately find a *hang-out* at the end of a heavy day's work :P the quest ended with the discovery of a strategically located *coffee day*, a few blocks (oops habits die hard) away from my work place....and a stone's away (surprise ! surprise!) from another dear friend's (whom v shall refer to as *Ivan*) daftar...
though, i gotto know Ivan thru this friend with a heart of gold i had never really gotten acquainted with him in all those years....but when u r desperately on the lookout for company (coz almost all of those u've known over the 2 long decades for some reason are residing in the land mass discovered by columbus) vat does it matter?
Fortunately, it so turned out that Ivan did not complain much ven he lissened to all the crap i had to say over cofy (sandwiches, and later even smoothies..)...so it started....the era of cofy dates oops days where Ivan & i met up once a while to swap (life) stories...
cofy day is the desi equivalent of starbucks set up in *key* locations to attract *youth* as sify.com would put it...& so there i vas, lookin for an xcuse to land up there at the drop of a hat...
vat started out as a hey-i-jus-need-someone-to-talk-to-while-i-sip-on-cofy soon led to let-me-c-if-ivan's-game-for-cofy and i knew i had made a great friend...for life? :) thank u *gold*....:)
its been a while since v had those cofy days, and am sure lookin fwd to catch up on gossips n happenings over *cofy with Ivan* sessions ven i'm bk in swadesh.....
